Game Over, Man
Netflix has just released the first trailer for Game Over, Man!, an action-comedy from the producers of Workaholics. It stars Adam Devine, Blake Anderson, and Anders Holm. The movie follows three waiters who spring into action when they find themselves in a video game hostage situation. Their situation gets even crazier when they learn that the hostage is a pop star who has been enslaved by terrorists.
Despite the talented cast and director, “Game Over, Man!” lacks original ideas and fails to parody other movies cleverly. The film lingers on its jokes for far too long, and the dialogue and character arcs are unoriginal.
